Q: Why do I need the Sockee sock aid kit?
A: If you ever have problems reaching or bending down to put on your socks and shoes, the Sockee sock aid will help relieve pain and give you freedom.

Q: If I purchase the Sockee sock aid kit what I should expect from it?
A: When purchasing the Sockee sock aid kit, you should expect to receive the sock donner, sock doffer, and shoe horn for both socks and shoes. The product is premium quality, lightweight and comes in the size and color you need.

Q: How do I know which size I need?
A: Refer to the size chart on the order page of the website. Medium size is all kids, Men’s up to size 10 and women’s up to size 11. Large is men’s 10.5 to size 16 and women’s 11.5 to size 12. If you suffer from swollen ankles or feet please use a size larger.

Q: What do I need in order to use the Sockee sock aid kit?
A: You will need a table to place The Sockee sock aid device on, a stable chair, and a clean pair of socks.

Q: How fast I will get used to The Sockee sock aid?
A: It all depends on you! We have video tutorials for you to watch. But most get comfortable using The Sockee sock aid after just a few tries. If you ever have any questions, please feel free to always contact our customer service department.  

Q: And what if I don’t like The Sockee sock aid?  
A: Just in case you are not happy with The Sockee sock aid, you can return the product for a full refund within 30 days of delivery date. Please call 1-800-803-5850 or email customer service at wecare@the-sockee.com  for a return label. Of course also let us know why the product didn’t work for you, we love to hear your feedback.

Q: What if I order the wrong size?
A: If you order the wrong size, please let customer service know by emailing wecare@the-sockee.com  or calling 1-800-803-5850 to get a return label. Once product is received and inspected, we will ship out the correct size.

Q: Is it possible to purchase the Sockee sock aid kit for someone else and ship it to a different address?
A: Yes, just enter the shipping address of the person you would like to receive the product during the checkout process. The order will be shipped to that shipping address. During checkout, you can change the billing address to the correct address on the credit card.

Q: Can I order by phone instead of placing the order online?
A: Yes, you can order via the phone by calling customer service at 1-800-803-5850.

Q: I just loved The Sockee sock aid and wanted to let others know about it. Is there someone I can tell?

Q: Can I use another form of payment besides PayPal?
A: Yes, if you complete the order process, you will be given the option to enter a valid credit card number other than your PayPal account.

Q: I have a promo code to use, where do I enter that information?
A: During the checkout process, there is a promo code section in payment method page, just enter a valid promo code and you will automatically see the updated price in the total.

Q: I received The Sockee sock aid kit, but I am missing a piece or it's damaged. What do I do now?
A: We apologize. Contact customer service by emailing wecare@the-sockee.com  or calling 1-800-803-5850 within 3 business days of receiving the product and we will ship the missing / damaged piece right away.

•    Q: How do I know that my order has been processed?
A: Once you submit your order via the internet, an order confirmation will automatically be emailed to the email address on file. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact customer service at wecare@the-sockee.com or 1-800-803-5850.

•    Q: How do I know that my order has been shipped?
A: When an order has left the distribution center, a shipping confirmation will automatically be emailed to the email address on file. You will also receive the tracking number, so that you can track the product while in transit.
